It is a Level 1 facility with designation from the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, making it one of 13 hospitals in the country to achieve this high level of accreditation.

The University of Florida Small Animal Hospital offers the most modern technology for emergency care and surgery. This includes digital radiography and on-site laboratories. Field Hospitals:
